 Well it’s that time of year again, the time for holiday shopping and seasonal stress.  During this busy time of year, Alzheimer’s caregivers may experience even more stress than they normally do.  Getting  8 hours of  sleep each night may be more of a challenge during the busy holiday season than other times of the year, but what you may not be aware of is that getting adequate sleep is an important aspect of Alzheimer’s prevention.
